JobsInMS.com has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for this Web site: JobsInMS.com

Cookies
Our Site uses cookies to deliver content specific to your interests. A "cookie" is a small piece of information sent by a web server to store on a web browser so it can later be read back from that browser. This is useful for having the browser remember specific information so that your experience is customized. This allows us to store preferences of start pages.

Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (such as their name, email, and postal address). Contact information from the registration forms is used to get in touch with our users when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.

Email addresses
An email address is required to register for our site. JobsInMS.com will never sell or share your email address to a third party vendor. However, if you choose to publish your email address in a job or in a resume stored in our database, this information becomes public, and there is a possibility this information can be copied by our customers site visitors.

External Links
This site contains links to other sites. JobsInMS.com is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.

Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control, which includes the creation of unique user Id's and passwords. However, we are not responsible if any third party evades our security procedures and gains access to your file and your contact information. You must also be aware of the possibility that your resume and file information will be copied into hiring authority and recruiter databases. As an Applicant, you can decide not to post your resume and still establish an Account. By completing a Qualifications Summary, you can maintain your confidentiality while being made aware of career opportunities. The text of your Qualifications Summary is keyword searchable. If registered hiring authorities or recruiters want to contact you they can send an Inquiry to you. You then have the option of responding to their Inquiry or not.

You can post your resume but omit your name and contact information. Because your resume can be keyword searched, your file is more likely to be retrieved by hiring managers when they are conducting a search. Keeping a resume on file also allows you to respond quickly to interested recruiters who have sent an Inquiry to your "My Home" page on JobsInMS.com.

If confidentiality is not important to you, you can post your resume including your name and contact information. All hiring authorities and recruiters who are Registered Users of the JobsInMS.com Applicant Database will have access to your file including your name and all contact detail as supplied by you. They will have the option of contacting you directly or sending an Inquiry through JobsInMS.com.

Recruiters/Employers

JobsInMS.com Mississippi's premier job search and recruitment site. Our goal is to develop an Applicant database of active and passive job seekers who currently live in Mississippi or are interested in relocating to the state.

While many people who register with us are actively seeking another job, a large percentage of people are happily employed and have registered as an Applicant at JobsInMS.com so they can confidentially be made aware of exceptional career opportunities when they become available. These "passive" job seekers see JobsInMS.com as a highly effective way of proactively managing their careers.

For recruiters and hiring authorities, access to this unique database provides an effective way to identify and attract the human resource talent so vital in today's competitive marketplace. Only Registered Users will have access to the JobsInMS.com Applicant Database. Registered Users have the ability to perform key word searches for qualified candidates. They can then send an Inquiry to any Applicant's "My Home" Page right on the JobsInMS.com site, introducing the Applicant to their company and the job opportunity they represent.
