Posting your resume on JobsInMS.com can help you finally land that dream job.

Competitive Edge: Many of our premier employers search for resumes before they post their jobs publicly. This gives job seekers who have posted resumes an edge over the competition. It also opens the door to jobs you may not have found through your job search.

Career Open House: An online resume also makes you eligible to receive invitations to exclusive recruitment events held by local employers. These events are not open to the public; your invitation will be based on your resume's personal job history such as industry, experience, and geographic location.

Apply Online: Save time when using the Apply Online feature. Once your resume is uploaded, it will be saved in your JobsInMS.com account. Here you can edit, update and attach your resume to online applications.

1. Format Your Resume for Online Viewing

Paste your resume into a plain text editor (Notepad for Windows or TextEdit for Mac)
Change bullets to asterisks (*), align text to the left and use line breaks to separate the ALL CAP headers from text
Include keywords, such as your industry, title, skills and any certifications or degrees
Security tip: Don't include your name or contact information - employers will still be able to contact you through JobsInMS.com without it

2. Create Your Account

If you don't already have one, create a JobsInMS.com job seeker account

3. Log in to Your Account

After logging in, you'll be taken to your "My Home" page
Click "Resumes" on the "My Home" left navigation bar

4. Create a New Resume

Click "Create a New Resume"
Enter the title of your resume
Paste in the body of your resume
Click "Submit This resume"
